When placing an order, Nopli simplifies the process for its users by integrating delivery directly into the shopping cart.

However, when the Buyer chooses their delivery method, they enter into a contract directly and on their own behalf with the carrier.

Delivery terms:

1- Choice of Delivery Method and Payment

When placing an order, the Buyer selects the delivery method of their choice.

Delivery costs are payable by the Buyer and are paid at the same time as the order.

The Buyer can track the progress of their order using a tracking number or directly from their Personal Account.

2- Order Shipping

Once the order has been placed, the Seller is notified by email and receives the shipping slip (shipping label).

The Seller has 5 days to confirm the sale and ship the product.

To do so, they simply need to print the shipping slip and attach it to the package.

3-Receipt of the order

Once the order has been delivered, the Buyer has 72 hours to confirm receipt of the order. After this period, the order will be automatically validated.
